This post kicks off a two-part series on resorts with family suites. A family suite means the resort has rooms that are guaranteed connecting or a two-bedroom suite with a central living area. The second post will have the resorts in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

In the last few years, resorts have gotten on board with adding these room types to their hotels. These resorts also have lots of amenities for families, including water parks, mini-golf, teen clubs, kids clubs, and much more. You can find the post on resorts with water parks here. Family suites are a great way for families with multiple children or extended families to share a room.
