I have been working my abs all month. I really like these new exercises, it breaks up the monotony of the same thing. I can definitely feel it!
We are going to have an absolutely gorgeous weekend here, high’s in the 70’s. Our Moms Run this Town chapter is running our virtual race tomorrow morning. I love getting together with this group to run and encourage each other!
