2. What is your go to place for fitness questions? (friend, blog, website) A little bit of everything. I like getting advice from friends, especially my fitness friends. If I find something online I can usually find something that discredits it. So, getting advice from more than one source is a good thing.
3. What do you do to workout when the weather outside is too cold, snowy or icy? I’ve run in really cold and windy. I have not run in snow, although last winter we did get pelted with a little bit of sleet at the end of a run. Lately I’ve been hitting the gym if it’s unbearable.
4. Latest song added to your playlist? Team by Lorde
5. Share a link to your favorite healthy recipe. Spaghetti Squash Casserole, it’s pinned here. My family loves this!
6. What’s your favorite fitness app? Nike Training Club, although I haven’t used it much lately. It has some great workouts! Share a picture of a recent workout. This is a picture of the group I ran with Sunday morning. These ladies are why I get up before the sun does!
