We got snow here yesterday. Actual snow, big flakes. We usually only get ice. Of course, it’s ice now. Crazy Texans don’t know how to drive in snow or ice and there were so many accidents yesterday. Our schools are closed for today and that equals lots of happy kids! We may get more today.
Here’s the view from my office yesterday.
What better way to start the weekend than abs and a giveaway? We are on day 7 of the calendar. Today’s exercise is the Russian Twist. I like doing this one with a medicine ball or holding a weight in my hand.
