This is it! Did you hit your goals for the month. I think I did pretty good. I got my nutrition back on track, clothes are fitting a little better. I was able to add an extra day in the gym.
Today is normally my rest day, but I have a gym date with my hubby tonight. YAY! I will take it easy on my legs since I have 20 miles tomorrow!
