It’s still crazy hot here in Texas, I think September brought the 2nd Summer, not fall. I’m linking up with Sara at She Cooks, She Crafts, She Runs to Kiss Good-bye to Summer! Maybe Texas will get the hint!
What was your favorite trip/activity/vacation this summer?
We didn’t take a vacation this summer, but we did lots of local things. Tried out Burger’s Lake in Ft. Worth and that was lots of fun. Not too crowded! Ally is ready to go back.
What was your favorite outfit/look this summer?
(Besides running clothes?) Khaki and denim, really anything with my chambray top. Can’t wait for it to cool off so I can get more use out of it. Just got way too hot here.
What was the one thing you wish you’d gotten to do this summer?
Not really anything in mind that I didn’t get to do. Of course, Disney always tops my wish list. But really, it was a good summer. It went quick, but I enjoyed it.
What was your favorite song of the summer?
I love music, all kinds. I have a crazy variety. Over the summer my new favorites were:
- Mama’s Broken Heart, by Miranda Lambert
- Just Give Me a Reason, by Pink (feat. Nate Ruess)
- The Proof of Your Love, by Crave
What was your favorite movie/TV show of the summer?
Favorite show is Devious Maids on Lifetime. I am loving that show, it has Susan Lucci from All My Children on it. I’ve watch AMC since I was a kid! Favorite movie was Iron Man 3! Love the Marvel comics movies and it’s something John and I can see together.
