Saturday long runs are getting shorter. Never thought I’d say 9 miles was short, but it is after 10, 11 and 12 mile runs!

Celebrating with Cupcakes
We celebrated after our run this morning with cupcakes! My friend owns Sugar Tooth Cakes and made these super cute and very yummy 13.1 cupcakes!
Chicken Lo-Mein with Peanut Butter Sauce
And we made this concoction for dinner last night, Chinese Lo-Mein with peanut butter sauce. We add chicken and broccoli slaw and it rocks! You can use oriental noodles or regular spaghetti noodles. It would probably taste pretty good over brown rice instead of pasta for a lighter option.
Ally and I did a little shopping and got really great pedicures today. My sore and tired legs and feet needed it!
