We’ve been having a lot of chicken for dinner these days. I’m running out of ways to cook it differently. I pulled out this old favorite last night. You dip the chicken in honey mustard and then coat it in French’s fried onions. I use the off brand, they are less expensive and usually already crunched up. No eggs or milk in the batter. It doesn’t stick as well as it would if you used eggs but honey mustard has way less fat and calories in it. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until chicken is done. Be careful the onions will burn, I usually cover it in foil at the end.
Yummy-ness!
